Privacy policy

Last updated October 11, 2026. EcomDads is a K&B Company LLC brand; K&B Company LLC is the party responsible for the information described here. Short version: we collect the minimum needed to sell you a course and let you log in, and we don’t sell any of it.

What we collect

• Email address, when you buy the course, request a login link, or ask for the free checklist. It’s used to identify your purchase and send you login links and, occasionally, updates about the course. You can unsubscribe from anything but login emails by replying “stop.”
• Sign in with Google (optional). If you choose “Continue with Google,” Google tells us your name, email address and a Google account ID. We use them only to log you in to your EcomDads account. We don’t get your Google password or access to your Gmail, Drive or contacts, and you can disconnect Google any time from My account.
• Email opens and clicks. Our emails include a tiny tracking image and tracked links, so we can see whether an email was opened and which link was clicked. We use this only to improve our emails and to know who to follow up with. Some email apps (like Apple Mail) load images automatically, which can count as an open.
• Your name and call time, if you book a 1-on-1 call. Stored with the payment in Stripe so Bobby knows who he’s talking to.
• Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Course progress (which checkboxes you’ve ticked) is stored in your own browser, not on our servers.
• Visit data: pages you visit, the site or ad that sent you, your device type, and your approximate location (city, region and country, from our hosting provider). We do not store your IP address. A random ID in a cookie lets us count unique visitors. The Meta Pixel runs on our pages (not the admin area) so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads; Meta receives page views and, when you buy, the purchase amount.
• Community posts: what you post, your display name, and the history of your edits. If you delete a post, it’s hidden from members but kept for moderation; email us to have it erased.
• Coaching bookings: your name and call times, and the payment record for each call (kept by Stripe).
• Gus, the course guide (AI assistant): the questions you ask it, its answers, and the first name and store details you choose to tell it, so it can pick up where you left off. Messages are processed by Anthropic (the maker of Claude) to generate replies. You can clear the conversation any time with the Clear button.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you logged in to the course for 90 days. One anonymous cookie counts unique visitors (1 year), and one remembers which version of a page you were shown when we test changes (180 days). Ad pixels may set their own cookies on public pages.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Neon (database), Meta (ad measurement) and Anthropic (the Gus AI guide). Each processes data only to provide their service to us. We don’t sell or rent your information.

Your choices

Email bobby@ecomdads.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Refund requests within 30 days are handled the same way.
